Everlast Gyms is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the Southampton area to lead club operations, drive commercial performance and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will coach a motivated team, support recruitment and onboarding, and ensure high standards of service and safety across the club.

You will focus on memberships, personal training and ancillary spend, while monitoring KPIs and driving local marketing initiatives.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in fitness/leisure/hospitality or retail.
• Proven track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to influence performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
