Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to deliver exceptional results across sales, member experience, operations and team performance.
• Lead from the front and develop high-performing teams.
• Create a best-in-class experience for members while delivering key business objectives.
• Drive results, maintain high operational standards and develop a motivated team.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance conversations.
