Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a General Manager to own club performance, lead on sales, service, operations and people development. You will drive member experiences while delivering sustainable business growth and succession planning across a high-performing team.

You will report to the Area Manager and shape an environment where colleagues thrive, members achieve goals and commercial results follow, with a hands-on leadership approach on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year's management experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail sectors.
• Proven experience leading and developing successful teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving business targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements.
• Positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
• Experience within a fitness or leisure environment.
• Level 2 Fitness Qualification.
• Understanding of membership sales, retention and club operations.
• Pool plant and Health & Safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly operational processes and standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and risk management.
