Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Sunderland, United Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the club's commercial and operational performance, delivering best-in-class member experiences while meeting business targets.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, support recruitment, drive sales across memberships and PT, and uphold high standards of service, safety and presentation in a fast-paced environment while embodying Frasers Group principles.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Strong track record of leading teams and delivering business results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to influence performance.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to reach their potential.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent.
• Deliver regular performance conversations and feedback.
• Drive revenue across memberships, PT and secondary spend.
• Monitor club KPIs and improve business performance.
