Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure or retail.
• Strong track record of delivering business results through people and process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage members and staff.
• Commercial awareness with ability to influence performance and profitability.
• Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and service.
• Flexible working patterns, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to drive club performance and member experience.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams across shifts.
• Deliver regular performance conversations and feedback to develop talent.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent.
• Collaborate with GM to achieve sales, retention and service KPIs.
