Job summary

Synergize Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced SC Cleared ITIL Service Management Consultant to support a complex Defence programme in a cloud-based service environment. The role requires you to design, implement and govern ITIL-aligned service management processes across multiple teams and suppliers.

The successful candidate will operate independently, provide expert advice and embed effective ITIL practices across an operational service, with strong governance, reporting and knowledge

Qualifications

• SC Cleared ITIL Service Management consultant with Defence programme experience.
• Experience in consultancy or multi-supplier environments.
• Ability to design, implement and govern ITIL-aligned processes.
• Hands-on ITIL activities across Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continually improve ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Provide SME across Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and Knowledge Management.
• Establish governance, processes and operational documentation.
• Drive CSI initiatives and track actions to completion.
• Support transition of new/changed services into operational support.
• Collaborate with cloud providers, suppliers and customer stakeholders.
• Produce service reporting, trend analysis and metrics.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles and customer-facing documentation.
