Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT services in Defence or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong ITIL background with knowledge of SLAs and KPIs.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and clients, aligning delivery with needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with governance and reporting requirements.
• Active SC Clearance and British nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of IT services to meet operational and strategic goals with SLAs/KPIs.
• Engage stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
• Oversee incident and problem resolution, driving preventive actions.
• Drive service improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee change management in Defence-sector environments.
• Ensure compliance with defence regulations and security protocols.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for service delivery.
• Provide regular performance and governance reports to senior management.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and governance records.
