Job summary

Content Guru is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team at the Bracknell head office. You will manage and maintain the development platform, supporting build, test and release of products on multi-tenanted cloud platforms for finance, blue light and government sectors.

You will work on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerisation and orchestration, monitoring, security, and compliance to ensure resilience and performance globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in platform engineering, DevOps or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with cloud technologies, scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with containers, orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure with zero-downtime deployments.
• Provide hands-on support for platform reliability and incident response.
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices.
• Develop monitoring strategies and uphold security best practices.
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployments.
• Design for high availability and disaster recovery across a global environment.
