Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking an experienced Manager, Infrastructure Deployment to lead planning, coordination, and execution of deployment work across the company’s global data center footprint. The role requires strong people leadership, deep infrastructure and data center knowledge, and the ability to drive clarity across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in infrastructure deployment or data center operations.
• 2+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of physical infrastructure deployment (compute, storage, network).

Responsibilities

• Lead Infrastructure Deployment team and set priorities.
• Oversee hardware validation and BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate deployment across global data centers (US, EMEA, APAC).
• Manage projects from planning to closeout, including risks and dependencies.
• Ensure deployment plans, BOMs, rack elevations, and handoff materials.
• Establish deployment standards, metrics, and automation opportunities.
• Maintain DCIM/inventory data accuracy and readiness for deployments.
