Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Assistant to join our fast-paced team in London. You will support the Team Leader in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure Food and Health & Safety regulations are followed, and coach and motivate other team members.

We offer £13.00–£14.00 per hour (midnight shifts from £14+), a monthly bonus, cycle-to-work scheme and development opportunities as we grow our PE kitchen network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food retail environment.
• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and willingness to lead and support others.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings as needed and support team goals.
• Train new starters according to company guidelines.
• Coach and develop team members; highlight high performers.
• Track absences and report to the Team Leader.
• Ensure health, safety and food hygiene regulations are followed.
• Support a customer-focused environment and handle complaints per policy.
• Help maximise product quality and drive sales while controlling costs.
• Review daily paperwork and report any issues to the Team Leader.
