Job summary

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Assistant to help prepare our fresh pasta offerings to the highest standards. You will support food prep, manage par levels, and keep the kitchen clean and compliant with health and safety guidelines.

The role is based in our London kitchens, with early and late shifts across opening hours, and offers monthly bonuses, cycle-to-work scheme, and staff perks like free pasta. You will join a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling and storage techniques.
• Basic culinary techniques such as chopping and measuring ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen setup with prepared sauces and ingredients for quick service while controlling wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, FIFO and par levels; report issues to Team Leader.
• Record waste accurately and follow SOPs for food readiness and equipment use.
• Assist with deliveries, storage, and proper labeling per company policy.
