Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation for Life Sciences and Healthcare clients in a hybrid working model. You will own bookings and revenue, shaping and closing engagements, and collaborating with EPAM leadership, delivery teams, and client executives to deliver cloud-enabled transformations.

You will guide customers on AI, data, cloud modernization and application innovation, taking accountability for performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles.
• Strong Microsoft Azure, data and AI platform knowledge.
• Proven track record in closing complex cloud transformation deals.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline creation for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives.
• Collaborate with Microsoft teams to execute co-sell motions.
