Job summary

EPAM Systems in the United Kingdom seeks a Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements across priority accounts in a hybrid model. In this senior, revenue-responsible role, you will own bookings and revenue, shape opportunities from origination to closure, and collaborate with leadership, delivery, and client executives to enable AI, data, cloud modernization.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology consulting or related cloud strategy fields.
5+ years in business development or sales leadership roles.
Strong Microsoft Azure, data and AI platform knowledge.
Proven track record closing complex cloud transformation deals.
Willingness to travel up to 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformation engagements.
Lead opportunities from origination to closure.
Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization, data and application innovation.
Build trusted relationships with client executives and Sponsor stakeholders.
Collaborate with Microsoft teams to execute co-sell motions.
