An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Leader within Community Nursing based at The Johnnie Walker Bond, Kilmarnock.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the community nursing team including professional/clinical supervision and deployment of staff. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative and as a lone worker working within a variety of settings within the community. You should be able to provide evidence or personal development and a willingness to undertake appropriate training.
