Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Chester Le Street, Durham, is recruiting a full-time Clinical Team Administrator / Receptionist (37.5 hours) for the North Durham Early Intervention in Psychosis Team. You will welcome service users, answer calls, manage records and postings, and support with post and deliveries while using electronic systems.

Qualifications

  • BTEC Diploma/Level 2 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 3 in Business and Administration.
  • Essential literacy and numeracy Level 2 or GCSE English/Maths.
  • Data input experience.
  • Experience in general office duties and customer service.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and office systems.
  • Experience receiving visitors and handling messages.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting service users on arrival and directing them appropriately.
  • Managing phone calls, records and daily communications.
  • Handling ordering responsibilities and post/deliveries duties.
  • Using electronic systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
