Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies while meeting timelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, trackers, logs, and study files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and translations.
• Coordinate study logistics and investigator meetings.
