TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate (PMA) to join our global CRO team in Manchester. You will provide administrative support to the Project Manager and study team, aiding planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies while ensuring timelines and regulatory standards are met.

Formación

• Experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO (e.g., ICON, PPD, IQVIA or Syneos Health).
• Strong Excel skills with multiple trackers, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path long-term.
• Excellent English communication skills and professional client-facing demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs and study files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers and CRAs.
