Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate to support clinical study teams in Birmingham. You will assist Project Managers and CRAs, maintain CTMS records, and coordinate communications, meetings and vendor activities.

The role offers an entry path toward a Project Manager career within a global CRO, with emphasis on quality, collaboration, and patient-centric study execution. Ideal candidates will have CTA or entry-level CRO experience, strong Excel skills, and a genuine

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CTA or in another entry-level role within a major CRO.
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies while meeting timelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain study documents, CTMS records, trackers, logs and study files.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, minutes, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, and invoice tracking.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and translations.
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meetings.
• Act as central contact for study teams and sponsors to foster collaboration.
