Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a Project Management Associate (PMA) to provide administrative and operational support within the study team. You will assist Project Managers, CRMs, and CRAs, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met across clinical studies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CTA or entry-level role within a major CRO.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Interest in progressing toward a Project Manager career path.
• Strong Excel skills with trackers, formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
• Motivated to grow professionally in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, setup, execution, and close-out of clinical studies, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain study documentation, CTMS records, contact lists, trackers, logs, and study files.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project Managers, Clinical Research Managers, and CRAs.
• Coordinate study communications, meetings, agendas, minutes, presentations, and newsletters.
• Assist with vendor management, investigator payments, invoice tracking, and financial reconciliation.
• Support regulatory submissions, audits, inspections, and document translation processes.
• Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and investigator meeting activities.
• Act as a central point of contact for study teams and sponsors, fostering collaboration.
