Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the Critical Care clinical research portfolio. You will work with the Critical Care team on participant identification, screening, recruitment, enrollment, and regulatory activities, ensuring data quality and timely entry across multiple studies.

Responsibilities include database management, data abstraction, and maintaining study procedures to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science- or health-related field.
• Two years of experience in clinical research, direct patient care, nursing, or related healthcare role.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to follow protocols and communicate effectively in English with patients.
• Ability to travel throughout JHACH service areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, recruit and enroll participants.
• Manage study regulatory activities and documentation.
• Handle participant databases; perform data abstraction and entry.
• Monitor data quality, completeness and timeliness across studies.
• Cover multiple concurrent Critical Care studies to meet protocol requirements and timelines.

Salary Range: Minimum 25.32/hour - Maximum 40.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
