Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a Recruiter to join our Complex Care division in Nottingham, delivering end-to-end recruitment for care roles. You’ll partner with operational teams to understand staffing priorities and build strong candidate relationships, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

The role requires experience in recruitment, ideally within social care or healthcare, with familiarity in compliance checks.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in care or healthcare.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Complex Care roles.
• Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs.
• Attract high-calibre care professionals and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Utilise ATS to track recruitment activity and candidate journeys.
• Complete compliance, right-to-work and safeguarding checks.
