Job summary

Lilac Alliance in Crossgates, Leeds, is seeking an organised, motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our health and social care recruitment team. The role involves onboarding staff, DBS checks, right-to-work, and training to ensure compliant staffing and a great candidate experience.

You will screen candidates, support campaigns, fill last-minute bookings, handle client enquiries, and build strong relationships with clients and agency workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staff scheduling, account management or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates over the phone.
• Great attention to detail, particularly around compliance.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Screening candidates and completing compliance checks.

Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Crossgates, Leeds
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: between £27,000 - £32,000 per year + Commission

We're looking for an organised, motivated and customer-focused Recruitment Resourcer, working within the health and social care sector of recruitment, to join our expanding team based in Crossgates, Leeds.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our staff receive the full correct onboarding including checking their dbs, right to work and trainings and supporting clients receive the staffing support they need while delivering an exceptional experience for our support workers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Screening candidates and completing compliance checks
