Job Bridge Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing operations within various healthcare facilities. This position demands a strong leader who is committed to high standards of patient care and has a passion for mentoring and guiding nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the nursing staff to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
  • Evaluate patient care and nursing practices, implementing improvements and adhering to best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with established procedures, protocols, and standards.
  • Facilitate staff training and orientation programs for new nursing personnel.
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management, promoting effective communication.
  • Manage patient care issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance patient outcomes.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing- RN
Experience Qualifications
  • 1-3 years Clinical healthcare (acute or hospital) - Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting
Skills and Abilities
  • Must be able to assess health and safety needs of students and/or faculty and apply teaching and learning strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Ability to integrate nursing knowledge and theory into school nursing practices.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of research, statistics, data collection, and analysis.
  • Computer experience and literacy.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

Supervision Provided by this Position
  • Supervises the clinical staff in the assigned area.
Physical Demands
  • The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
  • Must have good balance and coordination.
  • The physical requirements of this position are: medium work - exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 25 lbs. of force frequently.
  • The Associate is required to have close visual acuity including color, depth perception, and field of vision to perform an activity, such as assessing patients, preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
  • Frequent invasive and non-invasive patient contact.
  • Exposure to patient body fluids as well as exposure to hazardous or poisonous materials.
  • Ability to react quickly to emergencies.
