A healthcare provider in Norfolk is looking for a dedicated Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Upper GI team. This full-time role involves providing high-quality care, supporting patients throughout their treatment pathway, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Candidates need strong interpersonal and leadership skills, along with compassion for patients. We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our dedicated Upper GI team. You will provide consistent, safe, effective and quality care to provide holistic support to patients diagnosed with Upper GI conditions.
You will have responsibility and accountability for supporting a caseload of patients throughout their pathway from initial referral, through diagnostics to diagnosis and to patients living with and beyond their diagnosis.

The role is a full time role and will require working flexibly to support existing service with adapting hours to cover leave and other absences to ensure full service provision.
