Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Clinical Lead for a well-established nursing home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The role requires an active NMC pin and senior nursing experience with elderly care, plus strong leadership and clinical audit skills.

Salary around £48,672 per year with paid breaks and £1.00 overtime enhancements. 40 hours per week, days, with a flexible 4-day work week and overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns.

HCR is assisting a well-known care provider dedicated to providing exceptional homely care to our loved ones with 11 nursing homes across the country with plans to expand in 2025! We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN/RNLD) trained with an active NMC pin, and previous management experience within a nursing home setting is essential.

Clinical Lead Duties

• Assist with the monthly medication order.
