Job summary

Recruitment Panda Ltd in Leicester is seeking a Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN) to shape care planning, governance and training from the ground up. You will sit beside a new Registered Manager as their clinical right hand and will oversee a 12-hour clinical shift weekly with the remainder in leadership.

This Leicester home is registering for nursing, which means its clinical standards are being set right now, by whoever takes this job. You'll sit alongside a new Registered Manager as their clinical right hand, shaping care planning, clinical governance, supervision and training from the ground up. You'll do about one 12-hour clinical shift a week; the rest is leadership.
