Healthcare Clinical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Clinical Lead for a well-established nursing home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The role requires an active NMC pin and senior nursing experience with elderly care, plus strong leadership and clinical audit skills.

Salary around £48,672 per year with paid breaks and £1.00 overtime enhancements. 40 hours per week, days, with a flexible 4-day work week and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Senior nursing experience in elderly care.
• Active NMC pin.
• Effective communication skills.
• Clinically competent in all areas of deliverance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly medication order.
• Support and deputise for the Home Manager as needed.
• Lead, influence, and promote a positive and safe care environment.
• Conduct clinical audits to ensure high standards of care.
• Oversee staff appraisals, supervisions, and disciplinary processes.
• Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns.
• Manage and action any necessary investigations.
• Provide hands-on support to nurses, offering guidance and development opportunities.
