Responsibilities

• Oversee staff appraisals, supervisions, and disciplinary processes.
• Identify, report, and act on safeguarding concerns.
• Manage investigations and follow up as needed.
• Provide hands-on support and development for nurses.

Salary: £24.50 per hour + Paid Breaks + £1.00 per hour
