Career Makers Inc. is seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse in Olney, Buckinghamshire, to support the Home Manager and nursing team in delivering high standards of care.

The role blends hands-on clinical duties with leadership, mentoring, and team development. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN with strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding, capable of guiding staff and ensuring safe, individualised care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience within a nursing or care home environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence.
• Previous leadership experience, such as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or similar.
• Good understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding, DoLS and clinical governance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly care.

Clinical Lead Nurse

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into a clinical leadership role?

We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established nursing home, supporting the Home Manager and nursing team to deliver consistently high standards of care.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RGN or RMN who enjoys being hands‑on clinically but is also confident supporting, mentoring and leading other nurses and care staff.

The Role

As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day clinical running of the home. You will support the nursing team, oversee clinical practice and help ensure residents receive safe, individualised and compassionate care.
