We are looking for a confident and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurseto provide strong clinical leadership within a well-established nursing service.
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical care, supporting the nursing and care teams, and ensuring residents receive safe, dignified and person-centred support.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PINand, importantly, will have a proven track record of working as a Clinical Lead within a nursing home environment.
You will be a confident clinical leader with strong knowledge of governance, compliance and person-centred care. You will also be approachable, compassionate and comfortable working alongside care teams to achieve excellent outcomes for residents.
£23.50 per hour
40 hours per week | 5 days over 7
Mixture of early, midday and evening shifts depending on service requirements
Weekends on a rota basis
3 days focused on clinical/office-based responsibilities and 2 days working alongside the care team on the floor
