Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated Band 6 Clinical Lead to recruit at Ancora House the in-patient child and adolescent mental health service. Ancora House has 2 inpatient wards, Coral and Indigo. They provide person-centered acute care for young people aged 14-18.
You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and you will be required to work on a rotational shift basis, which includes days, nights, and twilight shifts. The post offers the successful applicant the exciting opportunity to join this team in providing the highest quality of care for our service users.
Ancora House is based on the Countess of Chester Health Park Site approximately 1.5 miles from Chester city centre.
To support the Ward Manager and the MDT in delivering a high quality Mental Health Service for young people. The applicant must work within set objectives which reflect the direction of the service and the Trust. To provide clinical leadership within the ward team to promote a high standard of patient care. Provide management support, deputising for the Ward Manager in their absence. The post holder will act as a source of expertise within the ward and wider hospital.
The individual must be able to demonstrate an understanding and application of the 6 C’s in practice, these being Care; Compassion; Competence; Communication; Courage and Commitment.
