Job Description:

Are you a dedicated Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse looking to take a step into leadership? We are seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Leader based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington.

As part of our PlunketLine leadership team and reporting to the PlunketLine Manager, you'll lead a team of Telenurses, ensuring quality, timely care for all callers and implementing continuous improvement strategies.

This role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, support community service, and work remotely, managing performance and fostering team cohesion virtually.

You will also be/have:

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora
  • Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3)
