Your main responsibilities as a Nurse include:

• Assessing clients' care needs and providing health supervision and direct nursing care when required
• Assessing social and healthcare needs of new clients and ongoing review of existing clients
• Ensuring care plans are completed and maintained in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policies
• Administering prescribed medicines and documenting in accordance with procedures and NMC guidelines
• Practicing with integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
• Supervising and instructing junior and new staff members
• Attending mandatory training days/courses
• Maintaining good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; providing administrative support as needed
