Are you a dedicated Nursing Leader or Registered Nurse looking to take a step into leadership? We are excited to be seeking the support of a permanent full-time Clinical Leader, based in Auckland, Christchurch, or Wellington.

As part of our PlunketLine leadership team and reporting to the PlunketLine Manager, you'll effectively lead a team of Telenurses. You'll ensure the team offers quality, timely care to all PlunketLine callers and work to identify and implement ongoing continuous improvement suggestions.

You'll have the opportunity to identify and develop the strengths of others, providing growth opportunities and ensuring quality service for our community, while also developing your own leadership skills. Our Nurses deliver an essential service 24/7, so our Clinical Leaders are on call for escalations, with on-call work rostered during the week and weekends.

As one of the four pillars of our team, your positive and strategic mindset will support our ongoing growth. Providing support and advice to our Nurses requires a well-rounded clinical skillset and confidence in decision-making.

You will also be/have:

• Post Graduate Certificate in Primary Health Care Specialty Nursing Well Child/Tamariki Ora
• Professional Development Recognition Pathway (minimum Level 3)
