My client is one of the leading organisations providing services across the United Kingdom for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. They are an independent, integrated care company with a proven track record of delivering therapy, residential placements, and education.

They are seeking a Clinical Lead to manage a Multi-Disciplinary team of up to 7 therapists (Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Chartered Psychologists, Art Psychotherapists) and coordinate services across the company, supporting strategy and governance.

The ideal candidate may be a HCPC-registered therapist, a Learning Disability Nurse, or a senior Mental Health Nurse with experience in LD services and team management.

This role is based in Shrewsbury, with some travel involved. The client is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
