Job summary

Brite Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Key Account Manager with a clinical background to develop and grow the Southeast region. The role is field-based (London/South East) and involves 4 days per week visiting NHS customers and healthcare professionals.

You will combine clinical knowledge with developing commercial skills, building relationships, and driving growth in a global healthcare brand. Travel and field activity are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in nursing, radiography, or a related field.
• Some experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS customers, clinicians, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Use clinical knowledge to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists to support customers and drive growth.
• Deliver product presentations and clinical discussions.
• Manage opportunities through negotiation, tenders, and renewals.
• Build knowledge of territory, market trends, and competitors; report accurately.
