Our client simplifies home care with a new medical technology that increases safety and frees up time for carers. Through smart technology, care recipients gain more independence and carers can work more efficiently.
Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek a talented Key Account Manager (KAM) to cover the Northern England territory.
The KAM is responsible for building, strengthening and nurturing the relationships with the company's key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they receive maximum value from the company's products and services to ensure customer success, strong local reference stories and enable fast scale-up.
Additionally, the KAM will focus on new business development activities by identifying potential new key accounts, establishing strong relationships with them and closing sales deals to support profitable and aggressive growth in selected market areas. The Key Account Manager will actively identify and work with all levels of the Integrated Care System and social and home healthcare from politicians to care managers to make sure that all critical stakeholders understand their value proposition and support the service implementation and scale-up.
To succeed, the KAM needs strong consultative selling skills, strong change management skills and social skills to build strong relations. The role focuses on identifying and engaging key clinical and access stakeholders to ensure eligible patients can benefit from their technology, achieving territory and organisational goals.
