Wye Valley NHS Trust is seeking a Governance Analyst to join the Clinical Support Division. You will coordinate incident management, support the risk register, and produce governance dashboards and reports for directorates and committees, ensuring compliance with CQC, PSIRF and duty of candour.

NHS experience and complaints handling are essential. The role involves collaboration with divisional governance leads, analysing themes from incidents, risks, and complaints, and driving timely,

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant subject or governance experience.
• Experience in NHS governance, quality or risk management advantageous.
• Experience producing reports and dashboards for governance committees.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate incident management across the division.
• Facilitate response to patient safety incidents.
• Support maintenance of divisional risk register and actions from incidents, risks and complaints.
• Analyse incidents for themes and trends.
• Provide dashboards and governance/quality reports for directorates/division.
• Coordinate governance processes for complaints, incidents, audits, NICE guidance and risk.
• Produce high-quality reports and support assurance to divisional committees.
• Facilitate learning from incidents and complaints.
• Help embed CQC PSIRF and duty of candour compliance.
• Work with divisional/directorate governance leads.
