Wye Valley NHS Trust seeks an organised and motivated Governance professional to join the Clinical Support Division Governance team. The role involves coordinating governance processes for incidents, complaints, audits and risk management, producing dashboards and reports, and supporting assurance to divisional committees.

Close collaboration with Directorate Quality Leads is required. The post holder will provide analytical insight, facilitate learning from incidents and help embed compliance

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident management across the division
• Facilitate response to patient safety incidents
• Support with maintenance of divisional risk register and co-ordinate actions from incidents, risks and complaints.
• Analyse and review incidents for themes and trends.
• Provide routine dashboards for directorate and divisional governance and quality reports.
• Work closely with Divisional and Directorate Governance Leads
