The team at Bourley Grange Care Home has a great opportunity for a passionate and hands-on nurse to join as a clinical deputy manager.

The Role:

To provide leadership for the nursing and care teams and support the development and delivery of consistently high-quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with the clinical governance framework and all activities related to it, including participation in the clinical audit programme.
  • Provide leadership and support for clinical and care colleagues, acting as a champion for residents’ safety and dignity.
  • Maintain skills and knowledge to ensure care is delivered according to the latest guidelines and best practice evidence.
  • Develop monitoring and reporting systems to promote safe, effective, and high-quality services.
  • Ensure accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used by colleagues.
  • Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice.
Who you are:

An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN), familiar with care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.

Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and driven to continuous improvement.
