Position Details

Salary: Up to £51,000 per annum - Depending on experience.

Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional night visits or weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
• Creating and updating individual care plans, maintaining accurate medication records.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Providing support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
• Building relationships with residents, their families, and local partners to enhance community engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid UK NMC pin, committed to NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
• Understanding of quality nursing care's impact on residents’ lives.
• Knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent task prioritization and teamwork skills.
