Are you an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a knack for clinical excellence?

Our client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their beautiful home in Bromley. The group are proud winners of the 2023 National Care Awards. This role offers a salary of £23.20 per hour - £48,256 per year.

About the role

Our client is a leading care home group dedicated to providing exceptional person-centred care. You will be working 40 hours a week, with 2 supernumerary shifts and 2 clinical 12-hour shifts from 7:45 am to 8:00 pm, DAYS ONLY.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Work 40 hours per week with alternate weekends.
• 2 days as supernumerary 9-5 & 2 days working on the units 12-hour shifts.
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families to build strong relationships.
• Ensure excellent quality outcomes for residents.
• Hold an active NMC pin.
