Job summary

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting a Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager for a care home in Church Stretton. The role blends supernumerary management shifts with clinical duties and offers genuine leadership responsibility.

You will work with the Registered Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of person-centred care and lead governance, audits and staff development. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN, experience in nursing or care

Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager

Location: Church Stretton
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nurse-Qualified Deputy Manager to join our team in Church Stretton.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the service, providing strong clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

The role will include a combination of supernumerary management shifts and clinical shifts, giving you the opportunity to develop your leadership responsibilities while maintaining your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
