Westgate Healthcare is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager for Chestnut Manor Care Home in Greater London. This full-time, permanent role leads nursing and care teams, supports the Home Manager and upholds the highest standards of clinical care and dignity for residents.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin, has at least three years of management experience in a care home, and shows strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC pin.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a care home.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding of vulnerable adults, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication with a proactive, flexible mindset.
• Well organized with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead, supervise and inspire nursing and care teams.

Are you an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional care? Chestnut Manor Care Home is looking for a confident and compassionate Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced deputy who is ready to play a key leadership role within the home, working alongside the Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, support and dignity.

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:

• Support the Home Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the home

• Support the Home Manager and take responsibility for the home in their absence

Required Criteria

• Qualification as a Registered General Nurse with a current and valid NMC pin number
• A minimum of 3 years management experience within a care home setting
