Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the daily operation of the clinic and ensure patients are seen promptly and efficiently. You will help maintain a smooth, well-organised visit experience and provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for many patients.

We offer thorough training and development to enhance product knowledge and people management skills, with a strong emphasis on a positive, professional patient journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in Optics or Audiology is preferred but not essential.

At Specsavers, our Clinical Coordinator play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic and are a key pillar of the customer journey. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that patients attending appointments are seen promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a seamless and well-organised experience throughout their visit. As the first point of contact for many patients, Clinical Coordinators are instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional experience for every customer. You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of our products and how to put into practice effective people management.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
