Job summary

Specsavers Carmarthen is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face our customers rely on, delivering outstanding service and expert eyewear guidance every day.

You will work in a busy store, using your optical knowledge and strong customer service to support eye care services and a welcoming experience for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

So, you're a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you'd be a great fit here. So, if you've had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.

As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
