Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our in-store team in the United Kingdom. You’ll use your customer service skills and optical knowledge to help customers with frame selections, lens options and basic dispensing tasks.

Experience in optics or audiology and a calm, proactive approach are essential. We offer comprehensive training, a collaborative team, and benefits designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in-store.
• Assist customers with frame and lens selections and dispense where appropriate.
• Support the optical team to maintain a welcoming store environment.
