Job summary

• Translate medical information from patient records into clinical codes using ICD-10 and OPCS-4.
• Complete clinical coding with high specificity and accuracy across specialties.
• Validate coded data to maintain high-quality, consistent records.
• Ensure coding is completed timely per Trust and billing requirements.
• Report discrepancies to the Clinical Coding Team Leader.
