Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to code accurately using ICD-10 and OPCS-4.
• Solid command of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate clinical coding within prescribed timescales.
• Abstract info from health records and translate to ICD-10/OPCS-4.
• Maintain high data quality and adhere to standards and guidelines.
• Communicate with clinicians and staff to ensure data quality.
• Promote coding policies and support continuous training.
