We have an exciting opportunity in Croydon for a Clinical Administrator

Contract: Permanent

Full Time Hours: 37.5hrs Per Week

Full Time Salary: £25,077.00 Per Annum (pro rata if part time)

*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be part of the Croydon Change Grow Live, located predominantly in the Church Road Office. Your responsibilities include producing, recording, and distributing prescriptions to local pharmacies. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality support to Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), Team Leaders, and Recovery Workers. Your role involves maintaining local data systems, generating prescriptions, and offering valuable advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.

Prescription Process Management:
  • Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions.
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Croydon area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
Locality Project Support and Building Management:
  • Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave.
  • Handle service-wide building management issues, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff.
  • Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy-based workers.
